Regarding the overall design, please note that the embroidery design, the location of the text placement, and the featured shoe must remain consistent with the listing photos. Each pair is made to order—once I receive the shoes, I’ll begin customizing your pair. After you've checked out please send me a photo of your pet.

Processing & Delivery Timeline 

My current processing time is 1-2 weeks. The estimated delivery shown at checkout—after you enter your address—reflects this timeline accurately. To avoid any missed deadlines, please ensure your estimated delivery date is, at a minimum, 2 weeks before your required date (e.g., wedding, alterations, prom, etc.). As I’m managing multiple orders, I’m unable to accelerate processing times. If you have any questions about the estimated delivery, please reach out before placing your order.
